I sent you a letter

“I sent you a letter” it is a new step for me as I have previously composed modern classical pieces focusing only on piano and strings. Contemporary classical at its core, with all instruments being organic and recorded, the track also sounds danceable and has an “electronic and cinematic” feeling to it.

Forgotten Memories – Album

Forgotten Memories

As an established composer, producer and sound engineer Federico decided to go solo in 2018 with his first neo-classical album “The Great Grey Ocean”, release by Gothenburg based label Kning Disk in Sweden. Through his second work “Forgotten Memories”, he sought to relive some experiences of his own life, drawing melancholic melodies and harmonies with classic and acoustic guitar, piano and strings quartet.

Music inspired by the Little Prince – EP

Music inspired by the Little Prince

“Here is my secret. It is very simple. It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; What is essential is invisible to the eye.”
“Music inspired by the Little Prince” is a 4 tracks EP I composed for Serena Marchetto’s Ecole Klassique school.
The EP collects the key extracts from the novel, such as the first meeting with the rose, the interplanetary journey, the friendship with the fox and the travel back to his rose.

All tracks are composed for small ensemble and the music style is minimalistic. I tried to focus on the stories, the emotions and the messages I think Antoine de Saint-Exupéry wanted to spread with his masterpiece.

The Great Grey Ocean is a 25 minutes length EP and it goes deeply into the relationship between man and nature, focusing on water.
Each track goes together with a picture taken by Bianca Serena Truzzi, a very talented italian photographer, who’s able to bring music to a different dimension.
